I forgot the lady name, she was a lovely person she sat and explain what was happening with my husband she made it very easy to understand. I wish all N.H.S staff were like it. Thank you for caring.

I suffer from hayfever and have had on occasion when my heyfever very bad I have needed to use the blue asthma pump

Suggested improvements
I understand that it’s probably more efficient to do therapy over the phone and I feel that I have had excellent care but being a woman I would’ve preferred face to face.

I was in a poorly way, I reached out for help and I am so glad I did. James treated me with compassion and kindness. He gave me helpful advice and I felt I was able to trust him which doesn't come easily. He guided me to a point where I now feel better than I can ever remember. I don't think one ever felt relaxed in the past. I'm able to sleep. His knowledge and advice had improved my quality of life far better than I can ever remember or expected.

They listened to the issues I had and informed me of the medications and what they were and how they worked. They were empathetic and kind and I felt really supported throughout the entire situation.

I believe that I need to answer as truthfully as I possibly can

Suggested improvements
I did wait a considerable amount of time for my therapy and had actually been unable to function day to day for over 8 months before I was able to have help. I feel timely therapy is very important and significant investment into mental health is needed.
